Last updated: 16 August 2026. This policy explains what personal data Doirev ("we", "us") collects through doirev.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Doirev designs, builds and operates AI-native revenue engineering systems for B2B companies across Europe, and we handle your data with the same GDPR-first discipline we build into our clients' systems.
1. Who We Are & Scope
Doirev is the data controller for personal data processed through doirev.com. This policy applies to visitors of our website and to prospects who submit our contact or revenue-audit forms. You can reach us at contact@doirev.com for any privacy-related question.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) information you submit voluntarily through our contact and audit forms — name, work email, company, website, target market, CRM, and any notes you add; (b) technical information such as your approximate location (derived from IP address) and browser timezone, used only to pre-select the site's display language; and (c) any information you share with us directly by email.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver a revenue audit or proposal, operate and improve doirev.com, and detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions through Google reCAPTCHA. We do not use your data to train public machine learning models.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the GDPR, we process your data based on: your consent when you voluntarily submit a form; our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website and responding to business enquiries; and the steps necessary, at your request, to enter into a services agreement with you.
5. Sharing & Processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service you requested: our email delivery provider (to route contact and audit submissions), our hosting infrastructure provider, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Each processor is bound to use your data only on our instructions.
6. International Transfers & EU Data Sovereignty
Wherever operationally possible, we keep data processing within EU/EEA data residency zones, in line with the data-sovereignty principles we apply across our own systems. Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses to keep the transfer lawful.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for — typically for the duration of our conversation with you plus a limited period for legal and accounting record-keeping — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Cookies & Similar Technologies
doirev.com does not use non-essential tracking or advertising cookies. We store your chosen display language in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on your next visit, and we may perform a one-time IP-based lookup on your first visit to suggest a relevant language.
9. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@doirev.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
10. Security & Changes to This Policy
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport and access controls, to protect your data. Our services are not directed at children under 16. We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
