By accessing doirev.com or submitting any form on it, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.
2. Our Services
Doirev designs, builds and operates AI-native revenue engineering systems for B2B companies, delivered through an Audit, Build, Operate engagement model. Descriptions of our services on this website are informational and do not themselves constitute an offer of specific deliverables.
3. Website Use
You agree to use doirev.com lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the website or its underlying systems. Content on this site is provided "as is", for general informational purposes, without warranty of any kind.
4. Requesting an Audit / Contact Forms
Submitting our contact or audit-request form is an expression of interest, not a binding commitment on either side. An initial audit conversation carries no fee unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing beforehand.
5. Engagements & Master Service Agreements
Any paid engagement (Build or Operate phase) is governed by a dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) setting out its own scope, deliverables, SLAs, fees and payment terms. Where an MSA and these general terms conflict, the MSA prevails for that engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, branding and materials on doirev.com belong to Doirev. Within a client engagement, clients retain full ownership of the fine-tuned system prompts, custom integration code and synthesized account graphs built specifically for them.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share with us during an audit or engagement is treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate and deliver that engagement, consistent with any NDA in place between us.
8. No Guarantee of Results & Limitation of Liability
We apply our best technical and commercial judgment, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, pipeline or conversion outcomes — results depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Doirev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, beyond what is expressly provided in an applicable MSA.
9. Third-Party Services, Governing Law & Changes
Our website and systems may reference or integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs, email providers and AI models; we are not responsible for their availability or terms. These terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doirev is established. We may revise these terms from time to time; continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
